they were AMAZING!

i was reminded of how powerful the arts are…

as a vehicle for social justice

my craft desk is on the way!!!

Greetings Lovelies!

as you may know…i have been searching high and low for the perfect craft desk.

on the way back from Africa i saw this one

i was intrigued by the fact that it could fold down...

 

and then…i found it’s MOTHER! 

that’s right folks…70″ of crafty GOODNESS

so it’s on it’s way!  shipped today in fact. and THAT means that all of my tools and beads can come OUT of the boxes! and that my crafting can commence!

 

 MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! (that was my evil laugh)

 

i ordered it in black…and i’m thinking of using pulls from anthropologie instead of the regular lil handles on it

 

i’m SO stinkin EXCITED!!!! little by little i’m getting this place together…

i’ve taken a little bit of hiatus so that i can catch myself.

the last 3 months of 2010 were full of new beginnings for me.

two new jobs

new relationship

new apartment

among other things…

this was my first christmas away from home and i SURVIVED! yay me!

i’m really REALLY looking forward to all of the blessings that 2011 has in store for me and my business.

i hope and pray that you all had a blessed holiday season and i wish you all love and light for the new year.
